Responsibilities

Own Commercial Execution & Market Penetration for Korea: Directly drive the adoption and revenue growth of the AI server portfolio across the Korean market. Lead the pursuit and closure of complex, high-value strategic deals for AI cluster solutions with major domestic enterprises, hyperscale customers, and emerging AI leaders. Develop and execute targeted account and channel partner strategies specifically designed for net-new logo acquisition within Korea
Lead End-to-End AI Solution Development for Deal Closure: Translate Korean customer AI/HPC workload and business requirements into compelling, customized AI server and cluster proposals that address specific local market challenges such as power density, cooling efficiency, and regulatory standards. Architect total solutions—encompassing GPU platforms, high-speed interconnect, power, cooling, and rack-scale design—to win strategic bids and secure long-term design wins
Define Korea Market-Backed AI Product Strategy: Shape the AI server and infrastructure roadmap based on direct field intelligence from the Korean market, local competitive analysis, and a proven understanding of domestic customer procurement drivers and AI/ML workload trends. Prioritize initiatives that deliver clear competitive advantage and address immediate market opportunities in Korea
Cultivate & Manage Strategic Executive Relationships in Korea: Build and leverage multi-threaded, executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts and ecosystem partners across the domestic market. Act as a strategic advisor to influence long-term AI infrastructure plans and position our company as the preferred AI solutions provider in Korea
Champion Cross-Functional GTM Leadership for Korea: Orchestrate Global and Regional Engineering, Sales, Rack Integration, and Sales Engineering teams to align AI server development with Korean market demand and ensure flawless execution of strategic deals from qualification through to delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
15+ years in a hybrid role with significant, direct business development, technical sales, or strategic account management responsibility within data center and AI infrastructure, with a substantial portion focused on the Korean market
A documented track record of personally closing large, complex deals ($10M+ value) for AI server hardware, clusters, or integrated infrastructure solutions with leading Korean customers
Hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge of AI data center infrastructure, with a clear understanding of Korea's specific data center standards, regulations, and operational constraints
Must possess comprehensive expertise in AI/HPC server architecture, GPU platforms (NVIDIA/AMD), accelerated computing, InfiniBand/Ethernet networking, and associated workload requirements prevalent in the Korean market
Professional proficiency in the Korean language is mandatory
Outstanding commercial negotiation and executive presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business value and craft winning proposals within the Korean business context
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, deeply familiar with Korean business culture, corporate hierarchy (chaebol dynamics), and market dynamics
Adept at leveraging local market data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to drive both AI product and sales strategy for Korea
A self-motivated driver who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is measured by commercial outcomes in the Korean territory

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus
