Responsibilities
Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes
Independently leads needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance
Independently performs fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights
Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics
Independently identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization
Leads and executes large, complex new-product development initiatives and other marketing/enterprise programs across large, cross-functional work teams
Actively coaches and mentors others in less senior positions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills
Strong project management and project management leadership experience
Preferred
Lead a multi year B2B industrial market penetration strategy for growth
Translate critical thinking into actionable plans, lead cross-functional execution driving accountability to hit targets
Build and execute strategic roadmap, and multi-year financial business case; deliver data driven insights
Experience: global leadership, manufacturing or automotive background, international trade/transport, financial modeling, problem solving, adaptability
