Responsibilities
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly and/or monthly payment runs
Maintain vendor files and ensure proper documentation
Assist with month-end close related to accounts payable
Respond to internal and external AP inquiries professionally
Support audits by providing required documentation and schedules
Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and controls
Qualification
Required
2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
Solid Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Preferred
Experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
