Enterprise BDR Manager
DMARC Analyzer, recently acquired by Mimecast, is seeking a dynamic Enterprise BDR Manager to lead their North America Enterprise Business Development team. In this role, you will coach and develop a high-performing team, align activities with sales objectives, and optimize processes to drive new business pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Enterprise BDR team to consistently achieve pipeline and performance goals
Ensure targets for booked meetings, Sales Accepted Leads, and revenue‑related contribution are met or exceeded
Align team activities with enterprise sales objectives through strategic and tactical planning
Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and provide structured coaching and career development
Recruit, hire, and onboard top BDR talent in partnership with BDR Enablement
Optimize processes, policies, and rules of engagement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain and report monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyzing pipeline metrics and implementing action plans as needed
Qualification
Required
Relevant management experience supporting or working within sales‑adjacent teams
Proven success hiring, developing, and coaching BDRs to achieve measurable targets
Strong business judgment, prioritization skills, and ability to build data‑backed action plans
Experience managing performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting processes
High‑energy, results‑driven leader with a passion for developing talent and building winning teams
Familiarity with outbound prospecting, CRM systems, and modern sales tools—including AI‑based tools and team adoption support
