Responsibilities
Overall monitoring, forecasting and leadership over administrative responsiblities
Overall optimization of admin resources
Overall leadership for administrative duties
Adjusting admin services to meet project / internal client strategic and evolving needs
May establish training programs for admins and facilitate cross-training of resources
Serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues
Manage administrative operations, such as communications, staffing, training, facilities planning, and policy exceptions
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
10+ years of strong lead administrative experience required
Demonstration of leadership
High degree of administrative accuracy
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
