Responsibilities
Assist Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) with service requirement determinations and cost estimate preparations
Prepare G514 Requisitions in the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) and conduct initial reviews of vendor invoices for accuracy
Maintain records for prohibited items, post inspections, vehicle operation reports, and incident reports (DHS Form 3155)
Conduct PSO program administrative audits and prepare the resulting forms for COR review
Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and processing official mail
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Technical Training
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Ability to quickly learn and master Microsoft Excel
Must successfully obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 suitability clearance
Preferred
Associate degree
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and financial/accounting principles
