Responsibilities

Lead enterprise transformation initiatives centered on Copilot adoption and AI workflow optimization
Partner with business units to design Copilot powered workflows that streamline processes and unlock productivity
Drive adoption of custom Copilot agents by leading iterative development of tailored solutions, including plugins, connectors, and integrations that deliver scalable business value
Champion low‑code/no‑code Copilot solutions using solutions to enable business creators to build responsibly
Define the Enterprise AI Enablement vision and roadmap aligned to Digital Workplace strategy
Maintain a portfolio of prioritized AI use cases, balancing impact, feasibility, and governance readiness
Translate emerging AI trends (LLMs, agentic patterns, retrieval) into actionable strategies for employee experience
Conduct deep discovery with global business groups; document customer needs and validate through pilots and usability studies
Define end‑to‑end experiences for Copilot and agent workflows, including prompts, connectors, and safe data integration
Use market research and competitive benchmarks to inform roadmap decisions
Own and drive roadmaps for Copilot enablement capabilities and adoption programs
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for AI agent scenarios; ensure alignment with business goals
Make trade‑off decisions across features and priorities; escalate blockers with clear options and 'path to green.'
Design and execute structured adoption programs: champions networks, prompt‑a‑thons, role‑based training, and communications
Monitor adoption and proficiency; iterate enablement strategies based on telemetry and feedback
Publish playbooks and reusable patterns to scale success across functions and regions
Embed responsible AI principles and compliance gates into intake and delivery processes
Partner with Security, Legal, and Risk to ensure safe data access, DLP, and privacy controls for all AI solutions

Required

8–10+ years in product management, with experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and driving adoption of new technologies
Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, conversational agents, automation frameworks) and can translate them into practical business solutions
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, change management, and executive communication
Familiar with data governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise compliance frameworks
Possess the technical fluency to collaborate on agent design, prompt engineering, and integration patterns
Passionate about the usage and potential of Copilot and AI solutions to improve employee experience
