Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business and operational objectives
Oversee all IT systems including network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, ERP/MRP systems, cybersecurity, and end-user computing
Ensure high availability and performance of manufacturing-critical systems (e.g., production, quality, and inspection systems)
Lead cybersecurity efforts including risk assessments, access controls, incident response, and compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements
Manage IT vendors, contracts, licensing, and service providers
Establish IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans
Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff and contractors
Partner with department leaders to identify technology solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and scalability
Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or management responsibility
Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing IT environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience supporting regulated or customer-driven industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical, or optics manufacturing)
