Customer Support Representative I
Warehouse Direct is a family-owned company specializing in workplace solutions since 1979. They are seeking a Customer Support Representative I to deliver exceptional service to customers while supporting various operational areas of the business.

Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders, returns, credits, refunds, quotes, exchanges, and contracts in accordance with established policies and procedures
Promptly and professionally handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints; provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and programs
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, the sales team, and vendors through open and effective communication
Troubleshoot product and service issues and implement practical solutions
Support cross functional teams by assisting with operational tasks and projects as needed
Complete administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report generation
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized processes and procedures
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management using active listening and clear, professional communication
Train new or existing Customer Service Representatives when requested
Demonstrate consistent professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures
Cooperatively perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
0-3 years of experience
Strong communication skills
Accuracy in processing customer transactions
Flexibility to assist multiple departments as needed
Detail oriented
Adaptable
Committed to building positive relationships across customers, colleagues, and vendors
