In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and operations, working with experienced professionals to solve real problems and improve operations.

Responsibilities
Partner with peers and leadership to learn S&OP
Learn about the latest technology in citrus production
Lead and deliver an operations improvement project
Learn the fundamental of continuous improvement
Update and develop departmental standard operation procedures
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Qualification
Required
Must be a current Wonderful Scholar
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, or related
Must upload a resume, professional reference, and cover letter with your application
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work autonomously
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
