Responsibilities
Assist with developing and executing a social media plan
Creating graphics and short-form video across platforms including Instagram and Facebook
Ensuring all content aligns with the VPSA and University brand standards and overall goals
Assist with the design, advertising, and promotion of materials such as flyers, maps, t-shirts, table tents, and other promotional items
Support basic photography needs for events, programs, and promotional use
Collaborate with professional staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, running errands, assisting professional staff with projects, and managing incoming mail
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other graphic design software
Ability to assist with photography for marketing and promotional purposes
Experience creating and posting content for social media platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment with minimal supervision
Motivated self-learner with a willingness to grow skills and adapt to new tools and processes
