Responsibilities

Gain energy law experience in an in-house environment at the California ISO
Advise internal clients and work with western stakeholders on regulatory compliance, litigation, contract negotiation, and corporate matters
Represent the ISO before federal and state courts, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and public utility commissions

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program
Graduating December 2026 or later
