Responsibilities

Lead the migration to new technologies and enhance technology systems
Evaluate processing performance in terms of machine utilization and reliability
Forecast financial, physical, and human resource needs to achieve business objectives
Oversee and coordinate network/data operations and restoration plans
Implement alternative routes or systems to restore service in case of disruptions
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior management staff
Accountable for IT department decisions and management
Report regularly to the Chief Information Officer or IT Chief Operating Officer

Required

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 10 years of IT and business industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects
Proficiency in areas such as network, database administration, computer operations, and production support
Senior-level management experience in data center operations and management functions
Strong ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders
Proven track record in coaching and mentoring junior management staff
