Postdoctoral Fellow/ Research Scientist
Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking highly motivated and creative postdoctoral fellows to investigate RNA homeostasis in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. The role involves challenging existing protein-centric views by focusing on protein-RNA interactions that contribute to neurodegeneration, using deep RNA biology and human disease models to discover new therapeutic mechanisms.
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and creative postdoctoral fellows
Experience in dissecting RNA homeostasis
Knowledge of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease
Ability to challenge protein-centric dogma
Experience with protein-RNA interactions
Familiarity with neurodegeneration mechanisms
Experience in deep RNA biology
Experience with human disease models
