Responsibilities

Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to proactively identify, optimize, track and report performance
Developing and utilizing data inputs and KPI’s to inform operational adjustments
Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands
Partnering with Directors, Senior Managers, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization
Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs related to Imperfect Order Rate, driving performance improvement and efficiency in Delivery Quality
Define metrics, develop goals, and invent/simplify processes to drive decision making and business performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
