Start in 2026 SummerLOOP LLC is a key player in the U.S. energy sector, serving as the largest point of entry for waterborne crude oil. They are seeking an Intern Associate for Summer 2026, who will engage in various projects and learning experiences under the guidance of a mentor, while maintaining a journal of their experiences.

Responsibilities
The program is purposely broad in scope and designed to allows Interns flexibility in managing their learning
Interns are expected to make the most out of each experience assignment and develop their own learning in accordance with their interests
Interns are required to maintain a journal of their experience
The Journal will be a large compilation of Interns’ experience and should be organized and may contain photos, drawings or other methods of relevant documentation
A Mentor is assigned to each Intern for high-level supervision
The Mentor shall hold regular meeting with assigned Associates in order to assess progress and facilitate logistics and experience assignments
Performance assessments will be conducted on a regular basis for each Intern
Intern will conduct a presentation detail experiences and productivity of assignments at the conclusion of the internship
Qualification
Preferred
Once year of college maintaining a 3.0 GPA preferred
Preference will be given applicants who demonstrate industry-related experience through seasonal work or university-supervised internships
