Strategic Business Development Associate

Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers within defined markets
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team
Collaborate with Sales, Executive Leadership, Customer Success and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Track all activity in CRM to maintain accurate records
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals
Support sales teams & CS with strategic guidance, client relationship management, and market analysis following booked business
Collaborate with executive leadership to set organizational priorities and policies as we grow
Qualification
Required
Strong time management capabilities
Entrepreneurial or middle management qualities
Proven track record in booking appointments and creative business development
Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers within defined markets
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability in sales strategy development and consistent execution
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Ability to lead change initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho and prospecting platforms like Apollo
