Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks to monitor market trends, therapeutic area performance, and competitive dynamics
Utilize RWD and commercial datasets to generate insights that guide business development, targeting, and product prioritization
Create dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support executive decision-making and operational planning
Conduct ongoing analysis of pharma and biotech pipelines, M&A activity, and emerging scientific trends
Deliver actionable intelligence through TA landscape reports, competitor benchmarking, and quarterly analytics briefs
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure insights are integrated into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
Work with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to validate new TA opportunities using data-driven methodologies
Support alignment across marketing, provider engagement, and data product teams through clear analytics-based recommendations
Qualification
Required
Experience in therapeutic area pipeline analysis and competitive landscaping
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis platforms (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
Strong understanding of specialty care ecosystems, including pharma commercialization and payer dynamics
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience influencing cross-functional teams
Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
8–10 years in healthcare analytics, consulting, life sciences, or biopharma strategy with strong exposure to RWD and market intelligence
