Responsibilities
Perform test planning, test case development, and test execution (manual and automated)
Conduct testing on Apple OS platforms and hardware
Analyze test failures and file detailed defect reports
Escalate and report key quality issues, driving them to timely resolution
Provide regular updates and submit reports related to your workstream
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional experience as a Software Quality Analyst or in a related role
Experience in test planning, test design, authoring, and execution
Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, recognize issue patterns, troubleshoot scenarios, and compile detailed reports
Experience testing mobile devices, hardware, home technologies, and Bluetooth accessories
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Hands on experience testing in Apple environments
Strong documentation and reporting ability
Familiarity with automated testing tools or frameworks
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
