Inspect products and packaging materials for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards
Accurately pack products following established procedures to prevent damage during transit
Verify product labels, quantities, and documentation to ensure compliance with order specifications
Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the quality control supervisor promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient packing operations
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve quality concerns
Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines during packing and inspection processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a quality control or packing role within a manufacturing or distribution environment
Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques
Ability to read and interpret product specifications and packing instructions
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle packing materials
Preferred
Experience working in a regulated industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Certification in quality control or related fields
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
