Responsibilities
Implement the VR framework across the organization, ensuring consistency and governance
Prepare analytics and dashboards for strategy and business reviews, highlighting progress against metrics
Integrate market insights, competitive benchmarks, and external trends into analysis
Develop predictive analytics to forecast risks to key metrics and recommend corrective actions
Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic topics or performance gaps as needed
Collaborate with Finance and functional leaders to validate assumptions and integrate financial and operational perspectives
Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
Support the design and continuous improvement of the VR operating model
Ensure governance and cadence of VR framework reviews, maintaining transparency and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field
3+ years in strategy, transformation, or business analytics roles
Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and business acumen
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and data visualization/modeling tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred
Exposure to financial analysis or industry benchmarking is a bonus
