Smallest.ai is redefining enterprise conversations with AI-powered voice agents. As a Solution Architect, you will own solution design from discovery to delivery, working closely with enterprise customers to translate their strategic goals into clear, buildable architectures for chat/voice agents.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise clients during discovery and scoping; define requirements, risks, and success criteria
Lead solution design workshops; frame trade-offs and align stakeholders on approach
Produce and present clear documentation (flows, assumptions, integration models, timelines)
Advise on enterprise data, integrations, and compliance considerations; de-risk edge cases early
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and client technical teams
Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Product, and Sales to ensure delivery meets commitments

Required

Strong client-facing consulting skills; comfortable engaging senior executives
Deep understanding of enterprise architectures and integration patterns
Passion for AI, automation, and voice-driven products
Ability to frame trade-offs and influence decision-making with clarity and confidence
Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) and API-driven architectures
Experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Financial Services, ideally in the US market
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
