They are seeking a Performance Operations Intern to support operational improvement initiatives and gain hands-on experience in documenting standard operating procedures and supporting project management activities.

Responsibilities

Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows across Performance Operations
Develop clear and structured process flow documentation to improve consistency and efficiency
Support project management activities for a smaller client or internal initiative, as assigned
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate process documentation
Assist with updating documentation as business needs and operational priorities evolve
Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and regular check-ins with the manager
Organize and maintain documentation in shared systems to ensure accessibility and version control

Required

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

Interest in operations, process improvement, or project management
Familiarity with SOP documentation, process mapping, or workflow tools
Exposure to marketing, performance media, or agency environments is a plus
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
