Responsibilities
Partner with senior HR Operations leadership to prioritize business strategies projects and initiatives
Translate strategic objectives into clear and actionable execution plans across functional teams
Coordinate and track operational activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Plan and facilitate structured meeting cadences with clear agendas outcomes and follow ups
Establish tracking mechanisms to measure efficiencies and savings from continuous improvement initiatives
Develop executive level presentations and strategic communications to support transformation efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree required
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a project management role within a highly matrixed organization
Demonstrated experience managing cross functional initiatives and stakeholders up to executive level
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
Preferred
Advanced degree in a business related field
Project management certification or Lean Six Sigma certification
Experience supporting HR Operations or shared services environments
