Responsibilities

Preferred

Deep expertise in org effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent strategy execution. Prior G&A HRBP consulting experience a plus
Proven track record of leading through change and delivering results with precision & impact
Ability to work in sophisticated, global, matrixed organizations
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities with flexibility and strong follow-through
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves up and get involved - no job is too big or too small
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling, data-driven insights and executive-ready presentations
Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
