This role oversees small-format, large-format, and vendor projects, acting as the main contact for the production team to turn client visions into printed realities.

Responsibilities
Address inquiries, maintain project momentum, and turn challenges into successes for our customers
Create comprehensive estimates covering every project aspect, from materials to delivery logistics
Guide projects from start to finish. Coordinate with in-house teams and external partners to achieve outstanding results
Perform final checks on all work before it leaves our facility. Your attention to detail will uphold our reputation for excellence
Participate actively in daily team discussions and keep our team synchronized
Handle invoicing, credits, and budget analyses to keep projects financially on target
Qualification
Required
Experience with Print IQ and a deep understanding of small- and large-format printing
Ability to spot and correct even minor imperfections in production
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors
Strong experience working in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Additional education or certifications in print production or project management are preferred
