Responsibilities
Uphold The McAuley’s mission and Mercy Community Health’s values
Greet and direct visitors and residents, answering questions and providing information
Reserve guest apartments and handle follow-ups
Distribute memos, newsletters, and resident mail
Manage UPS deliveries and registered mail
Respond to emergency alarms and coordinate with security and maintenance
Maintain and update reception forms and filing systems
Operate the switchboard and monitor security cameras
Schedule transportation and manage resident trip sign-ups
Handle work orders and key control system
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in English; able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation
Preferred
Preferably three months of receptionist experience
Familiarity with switchboard, communication systems, and security cameras
