Delivery Lead
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end programs and projects with a focus on quality, user experience, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Manage overall program execution, including tasks, risks, dependencies, and impediments
Ensure delivery by expected dates and track open deliverables to closure
Engage with teams to define critical tasks and inter-dependencies
Track issues and risks with mitigation plans
Manage user migration, communication, and training for programs
Drive development of service management measures and KPIs
Prepare briefing notes, reports, program updates, and action plans for senior management
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience working on technology initiatives
Demonstrated experience delivering M365 or Regulated Messaging Services, or equivalent technical projects
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to learn and navigate systems and processes; knowledge of Jira preferred
Proficiency in Client Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Client Visio
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience collaborating effectively with teams, internal customers, and leadership
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Expert organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to determine the course of action as required
