Manage a dynamic caseload
Anticipate needs
Help guide people through important transitions
Prepare pleadings, memorandums, trial notebooks, and asset and liability statements
Gather documentary evidence
Manage discovery
Conduct legal research
Manage case flow
Track key deadlines
Draft and assemble essential family law documents, including Asset and Liability Statements, mediation and trial memorandums, demonstrative exhibits, and Parent Evaluation Notebooks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of family law paralegal experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with e-discovery and case management software
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
