Responsibilities
Lead the sale of our POC portfolio (Blood Gas, EPOC, IT Solutions) across high-volume hospital segments
Develop and execute penetration strategies for the hospital POC market through both direct and distribution channels
Manage growth forecasts and sales funnels to ensure the highest level of service and goal achievement
Deliver on strategic imperatives established by senior leadership to maintain our market-leading position
Qualification
Required
5+ years of successful capital sales experience (direct and/or channel partnership)
Deep experience selling complex capital equipment within the hospital market
Familiarity with Miller Heiman or SPIN sales processes
Strong preference for experience in Point-of-Care, respiratory, or clinical lab diagnostic products
High-level presentation skills with the ability to inspire distribution partners and stakeholders
Must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law)
Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position
