Responsibilities
Collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community on the integration of urgent and emergent C-UAS capabilities into Army formations
Assist with the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) in support of individual and collective training to counter the emergent threat presented by these platforms
Develop training scenarios and UAS threat injects, and assist with the planning of these within the framework of Army flight regulations
Navigate aviation requirements and unit training plans while coordinating with internal and external training stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience delivering approved training material in a classroom and field environment
Experience working with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer
Experience with C-UAS, UASs, or Electromagnetic Warfare
Experience with U.S. military airspace coordination, government flight representatives, and aviation safety and standards procedures
Experience with Special Operations Forces
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods
Experience with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UASs
Experience with training integration of conventional and special operations organizations at the Battalion level or above
Bachelor's degree
