Junior Scrum Master
Crew is a company that helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and business process improvement. They are seeking a Junior Scrum Master who will facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments for the team, and support collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Help the team to follow Agile principles and Scrum practices
Act as Scrum Master to remove impediments that are preventing the team from meeting its goals
Work closely with the product owner and the team to ensure that product backlogs are properly prioritized and managed
Support the team in maintaining and improving the team's Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills
Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
Maintain project documentation and other relevant information as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Jr. Scrum Master
Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Experience with JIRA or other Agile project management tools
Experience with Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, such as Kanban, Lean, or XP
