Responsibilities

Primarily outpatient practice with 3 flexible clinic days/week (8-hour shifts)
120–150 on-call days/year, supporting low-acuity birth center
Opportunity to mentor primary care teams and help build out pediatric ER support
Work closely with a collaborative care team including Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist, Social Worker, Diabetic Educator, Care Management RN, Palliative Care & Women’s Health, Wound Care, Scribe Service (DAX)

Qualification

M.D.D.O.Pediatric ResidencyOregon medical licenseBLS certificationACLS certificationPALS certificationInterest in rural careMentoring experience

Required

M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Pediatric Residency
Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire

Preferred

Experience in mentoring and interest in rural pediatric care development
