Responsibilities

Lead large‑scale, enterprise IT infrastructure programs with significant regulatory, security, and compliance impact—ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
Apply advanced program management methodologies to drive successful execution across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Oversee CMMC compliance planning and execution, ensuring alignment with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and readiness for audits and assessments
Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, milestones, and governance structures aligned with organizational goals
Engage with senior leadership, government clients, and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and decision‑making

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience leading enterprise IT programs, ideally within government, defense, or regulated environments
Deep knowledge of CMMC, DoD cybersecurity frameworks, audit preparation, and government compliance requirements
Strong strategic planning and execution experience with the ability to align security and compliance programs to business objectives
Proven success managing executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable
Experience Required: 6–8 years (per client requirement)
