Prompt and effective troubleshooting assistance
Assist with software acquisition, set up, use, and communication
Facilitate release management communication
Qualification
Required
Ability to provide basic technical training to peers
Familiar with troubleshooting and support for various IT issues related to Anthology
Strong organizational skills to manage equipment and support tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and students
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Studying Technology, administrative assistance, finance, and/or Business
Working Knowledge of software systems and IT infrastructure
Experience in technical support roles
Experience working in group projects or team-oriented environments
Experience in IT processes, planning, software, infrastructure, etc
Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Willing to physically reside and perform the work in Utah or Idaho
Currently enrolled as a degree seeking student at one of the CES Institutions (Ensign College, BYU-Pathway Worldwide, BYU, BYU-Idaho, or BYU-Hawaii Online)
