Responsibilities

Organize, label, and maintain the maintenance shop for optimal efficiency
Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
Catalog and scan parts into the FIIX CMMS system
Apply QR codes to parts for accurate digital tracking
Assist with data entry and ensure accurate records in the CMMS
Support the maintenance team with shop optimization projects as needed

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state driver's license
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with collaborative 'team first' mindset. Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills is required; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a maintenance shop environment
Must be able to commute to and from multiple local facilities
If currently enrolled in college or technical school, two academic references are required (e.g., academic advisor or professor)
Candidates must remain in good academic standing while working for See's
