Responsibilities
Oversee the entire Invoice to Cash team, including Collections, Credit, Cash Application, Deductions, Accounts Receivable (AR) Support, Route Settlement and Equipment Control
Ensure the team provides great customer service, maintains relationships and fosters a positive work environment
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement for all aspects of the invoice to cash functions and processes
Collaborate with the Pricing and Sales teams to improve invoice-to-cash processes as well as resolve customer escalation issues
Define objectives and KPI’s, provide reporting and perform daily and monthly AR monitoring of the team’s progress
Support escalated issues with customers to resolve receivable delinquencies and/or discrepancies and take appropriate action on overdue accounts inclusive of recommendation of legal action
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of people leadership experience
