As a Loan Servicing Specialist I, you will manage loans post-origination, providing exceptional service to members and supporting the Loan Servicing department.

Responsibilities
Corrects loans as needed by adjusting rate, term, and payment posting errors to create an accurate member loan history
Assists in the maintenance of insurance tracking and collateral securitization and release
Answer incoming phone calls within a phone queue and make outbound phone calls
Process miscellaneous check transactions for the department, including payments, payoffs, and disbursement of checks
Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries regarding loan accounts and other related matters. Resolve basic issues or escalate complex cases to senior Team Members as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan records
Qualification
Required
1-3 years prior experience in a financial institution or equivalent is required
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Preferred
Loan Servicing experience or equivalent is desirable
Prior Mortgage experience preferred
