Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical design and analysis for bridges, buildings/ structures, dams and levees
Mentor junior engineers and review technical work
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualification

Geotechnical experiencePE certificationODOT project experienceClient relationship skillsLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

8+ years of geotechnical experience with expertise in dams, levees, and/or large bridge foundations
PE in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain within 6 months
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
Available for occasional short-term travel

Preferred

Experience with ODOT projects desired
