Responsibilities
Collaborates with IT management to design sustainable and scalable solutions for business processes
Partners with IT leads to ensure implemented solutions meet defined business requirements
Develops technical flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development and integration efforts
Defines and documents reporting metrics, including calculation methodologies based on source system data
Analyzes source data systems, writes technical definition specifications, report layouts/mockups, and test scripts
Uses query languages such as SQL to extract and analyze data, build reports, and identify performance trends, including forecast impacts
Provides insights and recommendations to improve performance and business processes
Reports project KPIs to leadership on a regular cadence
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
Experience in workflow modeling, data modeling, and process engineering
Proven ability to extract and analyze data from large data warehouses using SQL/SAS and/or advanced Excel (macros, formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
Scripting experience in SQL, Python, and/or R
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
Python and Snowflake experience
5+ years of experience in a business analysis or technical analysis role
3+ years of experience in project management
Preferred
Snowflake: 3 years
Python: 3 years
AWS: 3 years
