Responsibilities
Serve as a reliable point of contact for our salesmen and our customers, helping troubleshoot and resolve inquiries
Check product availability and confirm stock levels in real-time
Run and distribute key sales reports including backorder, open order, and inventory reports as needed
Use systems such as NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets to organize, track, and report data
Receive and initiate sales and dealer calls with professionalism and care
Coordinate product returns and credits / exchanges
Support internal promotions and assist with marketing initiatives
Help gather and organize information for merchandising strategies and competitive analysis
Commit to ongoing product education
Take on additional duties and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow through and resolve issues
Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet skills (Excel formulas, Google Sheets)
Confident phone presence and professional customer service demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in a customer service or sales support role
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP (a plus but not required)
Interest or background in the firearms and optics industry
