This role offers hands-on training and real-world experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, including setup, logistics, and breakdown
Support event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless on-site operations
Engage with attendees to provide information and enhance the overall event experience
Assist Event Managers with schedules, budgets, and resource coordination
Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, signage, and on-site communications
Track event performance metrics and report insights to improve future events
Collaborate with internal teams to align events with marketing strategies and branding objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Genuine interest in event planning, marketing, and customer engagement
Positive attitude, self-motivated mindset, and eagerness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
College degree preferred
