Mid level knowledge of the powder coat process
Be able to follow paint flow
Ability to powder coat aluminum small parts, t-tops, rod holders, leaning posts, and frames
Determine viscosity
Clean and maintain powder coat equipment
Identify quality defects and participate in the continuous improvement process
Ability to set and follow production schedule
A positive attitude!
Qualification
Required

1-5 years powder coating experience
Experience with color changes between white to black and black to white
Ability to kneel, bend, squat, stoop, climb ladder, stretch, and lift for 8-10 hours a day
Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills
Sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure to meet production rate
