Responsibilities
Support and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Assist with PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, system demos, retrospectives)
Help identify and track risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
Work closely with development, QA, product, and business teams
Support release planning and execution activities
Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Use basic PowerShell scripting to support automation, validation, or release-related tasks
Ensure teams follow Agile practices while meeting financial industry controls
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in Agile delivery roles
Background in QA, Business Analysis, or a similar technical/business role
Basic understanding of Agile and/or SAFe concepts
Some hands-on experience with PowerShell (entry-level is acceptable)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in an on-site office environment
Preferred
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
Exposure to release management, CI/CD pipelines, or test automation
Agile or SAFe-related certifications (preferred, not required)
