Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of inside sales team
Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and provide ongoing coaching to the inside sales representatives
Monitor inside sales representative performance. Set and track sales targets along with KPIs
Collaborate with commercial sales leaders and marketing team to formulate strategies that are in line with the goals of the organization
Continually evaluate sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in exceeding sales goals
Utilize customer feedback to generate ideas about new promotions or products
Manage utilization of existing sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft and Tableau
Ensure sales, financial, compliance and legal policies are followed
Qualification
Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and Customer Relationship Management software
General knowledge of medical device business including science and products (ZimVie and competitors)
Bachelor's in marketing, sales, or similar discipline with 5+ years of sales management experience in healthcare
Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting
Up to 10% travel
Preferred
Multi-lingual candidates preferred, especially English and Spanish
