Insurance Customer Service Representative
Alliance Insurance Agency is a locally owned, woman-owned insurance brokerage offering a full range of personal, commercial, and health insurance solutions. They are seeking an experienced insurance professional to support both new and existing clients while assisting with daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Writing new insurance policies
Managing policy renewals
Answering and handling incoming phone calls
Processing client payments
Resolving client inquiries and concerns
Ensuring compliance with insurance standards and regulations
Scanning and organizing documents
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance
Ability to build strong rapport with clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with HawkSoft or similar CRM systems
Experience working with a brokerage and multiple insurance carriers
Property & Casualty License
Ability to Commute: Las Vegas, NV 89123
