Responsibilities
Drive journey management planning, operational rhythms, and metrics to articulate a compelling story of the future of finance
Owns vision and execution of key Finance events (e.g. Let’s Talk & Leadership Look Ahead) to drive awareness and adoption of key transformation
Anticipate change management risks, proactively shaping plans and adjustments cross-functionally to keep work moving forward
Supervise team and contractors including approve creative collateral such as event agendas, graphics, and videos
Lead cross-functional maturity of journey management across Finance teams
Drive change management team AI roadmap and implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
5 years' experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 7 years' experience in communications, human resources, or related area
Proven experience leading complex change or transformation initiatives, with the ability to design and manage end‑to‑end journeys that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained behavior change
Experience shaping executive‑level messaging, presentations, and events that influence understanding and action at scale
Strong planning and prioritization skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching team members and managing contractors or agency partners
Comfort influencing without direct authority and aligning diverse perspectives toward a common vision
Ability to shape and advance an AI roadmap within a change or enablement context, balancing innovation with practical adoption
