Responsibilities

Own delivery execution, timelines, and release predictability
Drive clarity across ambiguity; define goals, plans, and dependencies
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design
Support initiatives across payments, regulatory flows, seller tools, shipping, and buyer transactions
Use AI tools to improve efficiency (notes, action items, documentation)

Required

8–10+ years of Program Management experience
Experience with online commerce or marketplace platforms
Experience working with product and/or engineering teams

Ability to quickly adapt to new tools (Figma/Airtable experience nice to have)
Experience with payments, compliance, or fulfillment systems
Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
