Responsibilities
Windchill business (not system) administration, including access control, security, object and type management, change management, and any other Windchill configuration or activities done via the user interface
Troubleshoot tough issues and communicate clearly
Include scripting and/or working closely with developers
Project management, data management, and Windchill/Creo software user skills
Qualification
Required
Degree in engineering or computer science field, plus 2-4 years work experience using Windchill
4-6 years experience using/administering Windchill
Experience using and administering PTC's Windchill application
Ability to troubleshoot tough issues and communicate clearly
Scripting and/or working closely with developers
Project management, data management, and Windchill/Creo software user skills
Preferred
PLM system or business administration experience in a large engineering or manufacturing company
In-depth working knowledge of PTC's suite of products, primarily Windchill, ProjectLink, PartsLink (Classification), MPMLink, Creo View, and Creo Parametric
PLM domain expertise in the areas of Computer Aided Design (CAD) Data Management, Parts & Bills of Material Management, Change Management, Integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system & Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Windchill solution development, customization, configuration, and deployment especially on Windchill 12+
Development and implementation of large Windchill Applications including some understanding of Windchill APIs, Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, JavaScript, Web services - SOAP & REST, HTML, CSS, Oracle, Eclipse, and Thingworx
