The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure goals are met
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track
Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date
Ensure all finished product by internal agency team members is delivered with high quality, on brand, on time, and within budget
Consistently optimize workflow to ensure we are functioning at the highest level of efficiency
Support Project Manager Lead, Enterprise Operations Leads and Head of Strategy & Operations in operations and project-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in operations, project or program management, campaign management, process improvement, or creative agency operations
Experience working within an in house or external creative agency environment, including managing the development of a full range of creative assets (print, digital, social, and video)
Exceptional organizational, time management, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools and systems
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
Agile mindset with the ability to prioritize high value work and iterate using data and testing
Hands-on, collaborative, 'roll up your sleeves' approach
Ability to partner across the organization to drive alignment and operational excellence
Passion for making meaningful impact and contributing to a high performing team
